• 10 years local consultancy experience required

POSITION AVAILABLE:

Associate Structural Engineer

• 10+ years experience in Melbourne
• Must know the local construction scene
• $130K - $150K package
• PE Vic/NER or CPEng required
• Strong project management skills
• Confident meeting clients & managing expectations
• Excellent concrete and steel framing exp
• Strong technical design and analysis fundamentals
• Citizenship required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

• Demonstrated experience delivering medium to large-scale buildings
• Concrete design&analysis, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept skills
• Documentation, project management, design review skills
• Confidence on site / resolving RFI’s
• Experience building&maintaining client relationships
• Bid&tender, financial reporting, P&L exp highly beneficial
• Experience managing a small team
• Excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and collaborate
• Passion, motivation and self-drive
