About the role
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a facilities through a wide range of tasks, including coordinating contractors, conducting site visits and coordinating maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors
• Manage the maintenance management system
• Triage and interpret work orders
• Book and liaise with external contractors
• Coordinate with stakeholders
• Conduct quarterly health and safety audits around the asset

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in facilities or property (open to any industry)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient IT skills
• Technical experience and problem-solving ability
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Engineering background or trade qualification (highly desired)
