Description

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure smooth delivery of products
• Provide great customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate with various departments for seamless operations
• Monitor inventory and oversee stock control measures
• Prepare and present regular performance reports
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities in the supply chain process
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

Profile

About you:

• Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and supply chain processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with Excel/SAP is preferred
