About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and processes. Working closely with the broader team, you’ll help coordinate the employee lifecycle, assist with HR projects, and ensure a positive and consistent experience for all employees. This is an ideal role for someone with some HR experience or recent HR graduates ready to kick-start their career in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, changes, offboarding).
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately.
• Assist in coordinating training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Respond to basic HR enquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.
• Support the implementation of HR projects, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and employment legislation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR function.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or currently studying (preferred).
• Some experience in an administrative or HR support role (internships or placements welcomed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
