About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and processes. Working closely with the broader team, you’ll help coordinate the employee lifecycle, assist with HR projects, and ensure a positive and consistent experience for all employees. This is an ideal role for someone with some HR experience or recent HR graduates ready to kick-start their career in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, changes, offboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately.
- Assist in coordinating training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to basic HR enquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Support the implementation of HR projects, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and employment legislation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or currently studying (preferred).
- Some experience in an administrative or HR support role (internships or placements welcomed).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
