Residential Manager (Aged Care)

Salary: $170k + Super + NFP Salary Packaging
Location: Inner West, NSW

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Residential Manager to join an established not-for-profit Aged Care provider in Sydney’s Inner West. In this role, you will take full responsibility for the clinical, operational, and financial management of a medium-sized aged care facility, supported by two Care Managers and a strong clinical care team.

This position is perfect for an operationally focused Residential Manager seeking their next challenge, with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will bring proven leadership capabilities and extensive aged care management experience to the role.

About You:

• AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse) with proven experience in Residential Manager/Facility Manager positions within residential aged care
• Strong financial acumen, with proven experience managing budgets and driving occupancy
• Previous experience leading a clinical team through accreditation process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
