Take the lead on one of Australia's most iconic renewable energy projects – Snowy 2.0. We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to manage the design, procurement, and delivery of critical BoPe systems.

What You'll be Doing

• Plan, direct, and manage full scope of electrical design and supply scope packages to ensure each stage is delivered on time delivery, on budget and to specification.
• Manage and drive key design and supply activities of suppliers and interface with other project
• stakeholders (internal and external).
• Delegate tasks to multi-disciplinary project team and manage to ensure work in completed on
• time and to a high standard.
• Ensure Supplier’s deliverables and interrelated work is completed sequentially and in accordance with the contract and the project’s key delivery dates.

Key requirements

• Electrical engineering background with major project experience
• Previous experience with Electrical Balance of Plant (BoPe) Design and Supply contracts
• Expertise in substation construction, commissioning, and reticulation systems
• Strong supplier management and delivery coordination skills
• Experience in commissioning of electrical power infrastructure.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
