As the Weekend Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating service delivery, supporting individuals in crisis, and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre on weekends.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing tailored support and case coordination for individuals experiencing homelessness.
  
• Supervising weekend daily operations of a small team to ensure safe, respectful, and effective service delivery.
  
• Conducting assessments, creating action plans, and linking people with housing, health and community supports.
  
• Engaging with internal staff, volunteers and external stakeholders to drive collaborative outcomes.
  
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to ensure quality and compliance with best practice frameworks.
  

What you'll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services or a related field.
  
• Experience supporting individuals impacted by homelessness, disadvantage, and complex needs.
  
• Confidence managing operations, supervising staff, and driving service improvement.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• A commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred care and cultural safety.
