Our client provides financial and accounting support to one of Australia's most iconic and trusted franchise networks, with operations across Australia and New Zealand. They are committed to compliance, operational excellence, and fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.
They do this by providing on-site access to a swimming pool, gym and EV charging and weekly team lunches at both the Mooroolbark and Nunawading offices plus more!
They are seeking a skilled permanent Accounts Payable Officer who is proficient in Business Central to join the finance team onsite at their clients Mooroolbark Office.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the accounts' payable function across Australia and New Zealand that includes processing invoices, reimbursements, and warranty claims. It also involves managing inter-company transactions and loan accounts, accurately recording financial transactions, and implementing commission tracking systems for timely payments.
What we are looking for:
- Full-time availability
- Must be able to commute daily to Mooroolbark
- 2-3+ years' experience in accounts payable or financial reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central is essential
- Experience with Continia is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of Accounts Payable best practices
- Ability to manage accounts across Australia and New Zealand
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
