About the opportunity:

We are looking for a new team member to join our Customer Service team in Kilsyth, VIC to cover for one of our awesome team members who will be heading off on maternity leave to have another awesome mini human.

This role reports to our Customer Service Manager, Rapid Labels will be a key point of contact for our customers.

This will be a 12 month contract role with considerable handover with our expectant mumma to ensure you are set up for success!

Key Responsibilities include:

Establishing constructive and positive relations with our customers

Be the primary contact for order management, providing prompt and regular monitoring of the status of customers orders - always looking for a solution for our customers

Work with sales, pre-press and the production departments to ensure all manufactured products meet our customers specification and expected quality standard

Evaluate and manage customer demand and print requirements

Ensure the accuracy of data and information provided to customers by working closely and constructively with production and supply chain

Provide customer support to supply chain and quality department

To be successful in this role you will need:

Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role

Experience in the print, packaging or label manufacturing industry will be highly regarded

Strong Excel skills a must

Ability to work on own initiative, provide rapid response to issues and to manage priorities

Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
