The position:

This role is Customer Service & Support role working alongside operations within this solar and energy brand. You will assist customers via phone and email from the office for all their general enquiries, updates, needs and queries.

  • Customer service via phone and email
  • Handling inbound calls from customers
  • Responding to customer queries and questions
  • Providing updates to customers on their orders
  • Support operations in handling customer contact
  • Data entry and updating customer records
  • Administration and documentation support
  • Working from the office 5 days a week

Experience needed:

To be considered for this role you will ideally be coming from the energy related industries in the VEU, Solar, Electricity or Utilities.

  • Experience in Customer Service ideally from VEU, Solar or Energy
  • Effective communication skills written, email and verbal
  • Proactive nature and a can-do attitude
  • Happy with a central Melbourne work location
  • Monday to Friday full-time role
