As a Customer Experience Consultant, youโ€™ll be the first point of contact for families and staff, offering expert assistance via phone and written communication. Youโ€™ll help parents navigate payment processes, understand account statements, and access support with Child Care Subsidy matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in response to phone and written inquiries.
  • Guide customers through billing processes and Child Care Subsidy queries.
  • Interpret and explain account statements clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage debtor accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns and grievances.
  • Compile reports and provide insights that support service improvement.
  • Meet key performance indicators as set by the CX Team Leaders.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a school or education-related environment is a bonus.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
