Seen Agency, a local full service agency, is on the hunt for a driven, down-to-earth Account Director who’s hungry to help. You’ll work with businesses, government and not-for-profits, delivering smart, creative and strategic brand and marketing solutions that actually make a difference.

What you’ll do (and love):

Grow and manage a client list across all sectors (new business)

Solve problems, build relationships and drive success

Collaborate with our in-house creative, design and digital teams

What we’re looking for:

You’ve grown and looked after client accounts before

You’re local (Sunshine Coast based)

You’re positive, self-managed and solutions-focused

Bonus points if you’ve got experience in marketing or creative industries

You get a buzz from seeing your clients win

The setup:

Full-time, flexible and focused on outcomes

Work from home when you need, full local support always

Base salary + generous commission

Report directly to the partners
