About the Role

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports in line with Council’s Project Management Office methodology and frameworks.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated project management or Superintendent experience in a commercial aquatic, leisure, or building construction environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Highly developed knowledge of project management principles, with demonstrated ability to apply best practices to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple capital projects simultaneously within scope, time, and budget constraints, exercising sound judgement, initiative, and working with minimal supervision.
