Are you a skilled Electrical Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a driven and experienced professional to take ownership of complex electrical construction projects for our valued client.

You'll be working from their Perth office, leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget — all while maintaining a strong safety and compliance focus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical construction projects — from initial planning to completion

Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution

Build strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor project risks, resolve issues quickly, and drive outcomes

Ensure full compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations

Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for junior team members

What You'll Bring

Proven experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects

Excellent project planning and execution skills

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Sound knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and safety procedures

Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Project Management or a related field
