Your opportunity:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are currently seeking a motivated Customer Development Manager for the Brisbane & Gold Coast Hygiene team. Industry experience would be highly regarded for this role.

Key responsibilities:
Securing new business while maintaining existing customers
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Maintaining weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer and business expectations are met
Work alongside the regional sales manager to achieve the budgeted branch portfolio gain
Identify and pursue potential areas for growth
Maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline
Advise customers of the total Flick-Anticimex range of products and services
Build relationships with prospective & current clients to generate leads, convert and close sales
Provide accurate and on time weekly reporting
Monitor and review individual targets and provide feedback to the branch manager
Essential Skills:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
Intermediate Microsoft Office capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Proven sales experience and the ability to generate new business leads
Able to negotiate win-win outcomes
Be a self-starter with an ability to build relationships with new and established clients
Be well presented and have good interpersonal and oral communication skills
Be driven to achieve sales results
A positive attitude with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the role
Be professional and reliable with a willingness to accept responsibility
An interest, understanding and passion for the industry
Have the ability to work unsupervised
A good eye for detail
Ability to deliver and exceed sales budgets and meet deadlines
Time management and planning skills
Understanding of financial/budget information and processes
