CHEFS

La Playa is located in the heart of Surfers Paradise within Paradise Centers new $40 million beachfront development.

We are seeking talented | experienced Chefs for all services breakfast, lunch & dinner to join our team on a casual basis initially with full-time positions offered to selected professionals.

Our offering is a mix of modern Australian & Mediterranean food, focusing on quality fresh ingredients, loads of flavour and great presentation.

To be successful all applicants must have a minimum 3 years’ experience with a proven track record to be considered for the role and should also have the following skills:

A confident and creative cooking style with a dedication to quality, presentation, and consistency.

The ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.

Planning & organizational skills.

The ability to work unsupervised.

Efficient & works clean.

Working as a strong team member with an emphasis on helping all members of the kitchen when needed.

Follow and adhere to recipes consistently.

Knowledge and adherence to all OHS & Food Safety requirements.
