Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity in aged care? We are seeking dedicated nursing professionals to join a well-regarded aged care provider at a small-sized facility in Strathalbyn, SA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents in accordance with individual care plans
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and provide clinical assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best care outcomes
• Supervise and support care staff to maintain high standards of care delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical governance standards

About You:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care or similar clinical setting (preferred but not essential) - at least 1 year is preferred
• Ability to work across AM or PM shifts as required, there is a night shift position available too!
• Part-time or full-time work available
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for aged care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
