The Role

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Senior NPD Developer will:

Lead the end-to-end development of new products, from concept to launch.

Oversee and mentor a Junior NPD team member.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, procurement and commercial teams.

Drive innovation within the ready meal and convenience food space.

Manage customer presentations, product costings, and critical paths.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in NPD within the food manufacturing industry.

Exposure to chilled/ready-to-eat or value-added food categories highly regarded.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Creativity, a solutions-focused mindset, and a drive to bring new ideas to life.

A background in food science, nutrition or culinary arts is preferred.
