About the Role
This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional eager to make an impact in the hydraulics sector.
You will focus on building strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their operational needs, and recommending the right hydraulic products and services.
The role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, managing a diverse client base, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients across sectors such as mining, construction, and manufacturing, ensuring you understand their hydraulic system requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hydraulics market, developing a robust pipeline and converting leads into long-term customers through strategic engagement and solution selling.
Grow and nurture existing accounts by delivering attentive service, anticipating operational needs, and offering customised hydraulic solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows, showcasing a diverse range of hydraulic products and positioning the business as a trusted and innovative partner in fluid power and engineered solutions.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally within hydraulics, fluid power, or industrial equipment, with a proven track record of achieving results in complex technical sales environments.
Ability to engage confidently with clients in sectors such as mining, construction, and manufacturing, using your technical understanding to recommend fit-for-purpose hydraulic products and services.
Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach, enabling you to assess customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions that add value to their operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a relationship-focused mindset and a passion for driving business growth in the industrial sector.
Salary and Benefits
Base - $90,000 to $120,000 + Super
