About the role
Reporting to the Account Lead, the concierge delivers exceptional client experiences through engagement, communication, and high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties. This role involves increasing engagement and partnership between service partners and clients to provide superior service delivery while enhancing personal and professional skills.

Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
  • Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner.
  • Act as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activities.
  • Actively monitor and maintain the front desk and surroundings to ensure an environment that is safe, clean, organised, and reflects brand standards.
  • Provide visitor registration support and ensure a seamless and delightful guest experience.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Professional presentation and conduct, with previous experience in premium corporate office or Hospitality/Events position.
  • A motivated initiative-taker with a proven track record of successfully delivering quality to their client.
  • A pro-active, can-do attitude and a willingness to support a range of tasks from reception coverage, to email and ticket response and event set up.
  • Engaging and tech-savvy.
  • A police background check clearance is required for this role.
