Our client is an established, industry leading Commercial Real Estate firm. Priding themselves on their extensive local market knowledge, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager, or an Assistant Commercial PM looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of 125 commercial properties

Deliver a high quality of service to owners and tenants

Attend internal & external business commitments

Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders

Take full ownership of lease negotiations, reviews, renewals, arrears, inspections and vacancies

See that company policies and procedures are followed to ensure owner’s objectives and investment strategies.

Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

About you:

Minimum of 1 - 2 years in Commercial Real Estate

Knowledge of local property market

Capacity to negotiate and deal with conflict

Agents' Rep and drivers license

Ability to work autonomously - be a self-starter

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organisational skills and time-management
