Your Responsibilities

You will take over a well-managed, boutique portfolio of approximately 90 properties, primarily consisting of small commercial strips. Your key duties will include:

Day-to-day management of the commercial property portfolio

Rent collection and outgoing expense management

Managing rental arrears efficiently

Negotiating lease renewals and transfers, including preparation of relevant documentation

Conducting property inspections and preparing inventory and condition reports

Preparing and managing annual outgoings budgets and reconciliations

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in Commercial Property Management

Solid understanding of the Retail Tenancies Act

A current Certificate of Registration

A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

Clean driving record

Professional presentation and a client-focused attitude
