Moss Wood is one of Margaret River’s founding wineries, renowned for producing wines of exceptional quality and longevity. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our small team as a Winery and Vineyard Hand. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a broad and rewarding role across both the vineyard and winery.

Key Responsibilities:

Vineyard work across all seasons including pruning, spraying, training young vines, shoot positioning and netting

General vineyard maintenance and tractor operation

Supporting winemaking activities such as grape processing, fermentation, racking, barrel work, bottling, barrel topping and cleaning

Forklift operation, equipment care, and cellar hygiene

Assisting with small-scale logistics, packaging, and dispatch as needed

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Practical experience in a vineyard or winery is desirable, but not essential

A current driver’s licence (forklift licence an advantage)

Attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative attitude

What We Offer:
