We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Enrolment & Experience Support Assistant to join our team in a dynamic, hands-on role. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and has a passion for dance and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role involves a mix of customer service, admin support, event coordination, and dance teaching. If you're organised, personable, and love helping others feel welcome and inspired, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, warm personality with great communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Confidence in teaching Jazz Tap and Ballet (experience required)

Previous experience in customer service, admin, or events preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible availability, including weekends for parties and events

The role, will be the first point of contact for new families, support customer experience, manage onboarding, assist with payments and sales, host and run dance parties, and teach classes.
