Based in a lovely pocket in the inner north of Melbourne, our client is a well-known franchise looking for a leasing consultant to join their ever growing and close-knit team.

This is full time Monday to Saturday, with every Friday off.

The Department provides a supportive team with plenty of guidance and training. This role would ideally suit someone who has had a bit of exposure and experience in a similar role, or a Property Manager wanting a change.

A current Agents Representative Certificate, reliable vehicle and Drivers License is essential to be considered for this role.

Your main responsibilities as the Leasing Consultant will include, but are not limited to :

Conducting open for inspections and private viewings

Loading new properties online

Condition reports

Processing tenancy applications including references checks and discussing/approving with the Rental Provider (Excellent communication is a must!)

Signing up new tenancies and setting up for management

Supporting the Property Managers

This role is a great stepping stone to moving into a more senior role in due course whether that be Property Management, Sales or Business Development. A generous base salary is on offer plus commission for every property leased.

This position will be highly sought after due to the demand for leasing roles right now with many no longer wanting to manage a portfolio. Excellent presentation and a great attitude will ensure your success.
