About the role

As a Field Services Agent / Inspections Manager, you will play a vital role in our thriving residential leasing and property management division. Based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD and inner suburbs (Caulfield Area), this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular property inspections and providing comprehensive reports on the condition of managed properties

Responding promptly to tenant maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with contractors

Ensuring properties are presented to the highest standards for new tenant viewings

Collaborating with the property management team to resolve any tenant or landlord issues

Maintaining detailed records and documentation in line with industry regulations

Assisting with the onboarding of new properties and clients

Focusing and working in Melbourne's Inner CBD (Stonnington Area)

What we're looking for

Ideally 12 months experience in a similar field services or property inspection, reception or leasing role

Those without real estate experience but have an Agents Representative Certificate may be considered

Agents Representative Certificate

Strong attention to detail

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Knowledge of property management software and tools (currently using Property Me, Inspection Express and IRE)

Knowledge of relevant real estate regulations and compliance requirements

A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
