Description
Our leading mining client is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Document Controllers to join their team in Pinjarra.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic mining environment, ensuring critical documentation is accurately managed and maintained to support project and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, control, and maintain all project and operational documentation in line with company and regulatory standards
- Coordinate document workflows and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain version control and ensure document accuracy and completeness
- Support the project teams with document retrieval and audit preparations
- Utilize document management systems effectively (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, or equivalent)
- Assist with compliance checks and archiving of documents
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other departments to facilitate smooth documentation processes
Profile
Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in mining, construction, or engineering industries
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and standards
Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Please note candidates must be located in Australia and have approriate work visa to be considered for this role
