About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Hotel Manager to oversee our charming 77-room property located in Spring Hill, Brisbane CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient property management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries

Handle daily payments and financial reporting, including weekly income/expense summaries and cash reconciliations

Oversee property maintenance and security

Supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and payroll

Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, communal areas, and outdoor spaces

Manage laundry operations and linen organization

Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies

Liaise with tradespeople for repairs and address minor maintenance issues

Build relationships with local businesses to attract guests

Engage with the local community to enhance the property's reputation

Maintain accurate records of supplier deliveries and invoices

Prepare weekly revenue forecasts using company templates

About You

Previous experience in hotel or property management is essential

Proficiency with RMS Cloud or similar property management systems

Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Practical mindset with a willingness to perform light maintenance tasks
