Package & Perks:

$115,000 salary + performance bonus (single manager)

$150,000 salary + performance bonus (management couple)

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Leading daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team success

Managing and mentoring a friendly team to deliver top-notch service

Driving revenue through creative marketing, promotions, and local events

Overseeing budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and financial performance

Maintaining high standards in food, beverage, hygiene, and safety

Building relationships with local suppliers and businesses

Handling guest feedback and ensuring every stay is memorable

Plus, a variety of other dynamic duties that come with running a vibrant venue

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in hospitality management (pub or hotel background a bonus!)

Natural leadership skills and a passion for team development

Solid understanding of business operations and financial management

Adaptability, creativity, and confidence in solving on-the-spot challenges

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required: QLD Approved Manager’s Licence & Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
