What We’re Looking For

✔️ Registered Nurse (AHPRA Registered) – Minimum 5 years of experience
✔️ Proven Leadership – 1+ years as a Care Manager or similar role
✔️ Strong Aged Care Knowledge – Compliance, accreditation & clinical governance expertise
✔️ Passion for Quality Care & Team Development
