About You

✔️ Registered Nurse (AHPRA) – Essential
✔️ 1+ years of Facility Management experience or similar leadership role
✔️ Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance & legislation
✔️ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
✔️ Passion for resident-centered care & continuous improvement
