Undergraduate Traffic Engineer
- Salary $53,196.00 to $58,494.80 p/a + super
- Fixed Term Full Time Contract – Up to 2 years

About the role
Are you an undergraduate engineering student with an interest in traffic management and urban infrastructure?
Join our Traffic and Transport team and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Reporting to the Team Leader Traffic, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with traffic surveys, data collection, and analysis
- Support the planning and implementation of traffic management solutions
- Work alongside experienced engineers to review and assess traffic impact assessments
- Help prepare traffic-related reports, presentations, and documentation
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving road safety, mobility, and sustainable transport options in Ku-ring-gai
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with other teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Qualifications, skills & experience
- Currently enrolled in the penultimate or final year of an undergraduate civil engineering degree
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Word and Excel
