About the role
Belle Property Randwick are looking for a motivated, energetic and determined individual who is excited about building their career in real estate. Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
Execution of tenancy agreements and associated documents
Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessary
Organise and conduct periodic inspections, condition reports and vacating inspections
Carry out rent reviews
Track rent arrears
Complete and file appropriately all bond lodgements, bond transfers and bond claims
Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants
Prepare, lodge and present applications to NCAT and act in accordance with orders with Department head assistance
Attend meetings and training as directed
Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team
Follow property management compliance, company policies and procedures
Essential Requirements
Must have experience in all aspects of property management
Must hold a current driver's license and have a reliable car
Must hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Thorough understanding of relevant legislation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Skills and experience
Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
Must be deadline driven with the ability to work under pressure
Finely tuned negotiation skills
Exceptional customer service skills with a 'can do' attitude.
