We specialise in accounting and financial planning, and we’re currently seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality compliance outcomes for our Private Clients and SMSF division.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage your own portfolio of private clients and self-managed super funds. You’ll oversee the compliance process end-to-end — from reviewing financial statements and tax returns to managing lodgement timelines and guiding your team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with both clients and junior staff. You’ll bring clarity to complexity and help clients meet their obligations with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all compliance matters for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and SMSFs

Review workpapers, financial statements, and tax returns prepared by junior and intermediate staff

Monitor lodgement deadlines and keep jobs moving through the workflow

Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Provide technical guidance on SMSF compliance and taxation matters

Collaborate with our Financial Planning division to support a seamless client journey

What You’ll Bring

CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)

4+ years' experience in public practice

Strong technical knowledge across private client groups, SMSFs, trusts, and company structures

Experience with SMSF compliance

A proactive, organised approach and ability to manage deadlines

Confident communicator with a genuine client service mindset

Familiarity with Class Super, Xero, FYI Docs, and XPM is a plus
