Our exclusive client is seeking a sales specialist to join their team and assist in selling units in their new village in the Hills district/northern suburbs of Sydney.

The role is a full-time and ongoing, with a great pipeline of units to sell to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Promoting sales of the village to potential residents through a variety of means;
• Following up leads through to closing;
• Managing the process with sales with construction teams and village teams;
• Working with the wider team to improve processes, ways of working and outcomes.

KEY DETAILS

• Northern suburbs / Hills location
• OTE well in excess of 150K per annum, base and comms flexible depending on skills and experience
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (generally)
• Previous retirement or other real estate sales experience highly regarded
• Real estate licence required - support provided to get one if needed.
