We’re seeking a Registered Psychologist with lived experience of disability to join our supportive, and flexible team. This is more than a typical role—it’s a chance to help reimagine and change mental health care for our community

About the role:

Your wellbeing above all else:
Fully remote, flexible work hours
Disability leave in addition to personal and annual leave
Full admin support, regular supervision and generous PD allowance
Competitive remuneration of $120-$140 per clinical hour
About You:
Fully Registered Psychologist (AHPRA registration).
Lived experience of disability.
Commitment to disability justice, accessibility, and inclusive mental health care.
Strong ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide therapy via telehealth.
Experience working with diverse client presentations, particularly in the disability space, is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality psychological services to clients via telehealth
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Engage in ongoing professional development, reflective practice and team meetings.
Have the opportunity to create and deliver educational content
