We are seeking an experienced CEO to provide expert guidance in leading the company towards lasting success. Additionally, they will be implementing policies catered to the betterment of the organisation, and ensuring the effectiveness of current practices.

ABOUT US

We are a CRICOS RTO operating in Parramatta, Burwood, and Kogarah. We provide specialised training in Kitchen Management, Hospitality, Civil construction, Childcare, and Management courses.

Our values are to encourage staff creativity and expertise by ensuring they have full freedom to express themselves and they are not confined to a 9 to 5 environment.

Key responsibilities for this position will be following:

Guide our team towards legislation and regulations compliance by ensuring that the Compliance team is aligned with ASQA Standards

Lead the development and implementation of scalable systems and processes to support multi-site growth

Offer strategic leadership and deliver on organisational vision, purpose, and impact

Champion growth and development within a multicultural community

Drive cohesion across departments by improving workflows and communication channels

Confidently represent the organisation across the industry

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across operational functions.

Lead the organisation’s financial, governance, audit and risk and contract management functions

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience in operations management or administrative systems within education sector

In-depth knowledge of ASQA Standards and regulatory requirements

A people-focused leadership style with experience driving cultural and organisational change

Ability to create and analyse reports relevant to your responsibilities

Expertise in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent workload and time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
