Being You Mental Health is a small psychology practice, with purpose built facilities within Capestone Village's new development.

Immediate Start:
Role to commence from 19th of May 2025.

Are you a detail-oriented, compassionate and personable individual ? Do you have a passion for helping neurodivergent families and children? If so, Being You Mental health invites you to join our team as a part-time receptionist.

What You’ll Do:

Client Interaction and Communication:
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring a welcoming experience. This includes handling phone calls, managing in-person attendance at the clinic, and responding to email and voicemail enquiries promptly and accurately. You will also schedule and reschedule appointments and keep track of calendars to ensure clients have follow up appointments.

Administrative Support:
You’ll manage a variety of administrative tasks that keep the clinic running efficiently. This includes, taking payments, invoicing, daily payments reconciliation, and keeping client files up to date. You will assist with NDIS service agreements and quotes and ensuring all client documentation and referrals are processed accurately and promptly. You’ll also oversee the completion and processing of client onboarding and consent forms.

We are looking for someone who is a hard working, team player with a passion for working with families and children.

With a proven ability to manage a competing workload with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Attention to detail and a personal drive to learn and grow.

Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team.
