About the Role

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for offering finance and insurance solutions to our customers and supporting the sales team in achieving dealership targets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored finance and insurance options to customers.

Submit and manage loan applications with finance partners.

Maintain compliance with regulatory and dealership standards.

Achieve sales and finance KPIs.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience.

About You

Proven experience in automotive finance (2+ years preferred).

Strong understanding of novated leasing, consumer loans, and commercial finance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Accreditation with relevant lenders (preferred).

Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
