Lance Montana is an independent digital driven creative agency that designs, creates and promotes high performance digital assets. We are a growing firm that has a great client list and an exciting current set of projects that range across the suite of services we offer.

We have a team of in-house web developers, graphic designers, videographer/photographer, copywriters, and staff who specialise in SEO, social media and digital advertising.

We have grown organically in response to our client needs and the dynamic market place we work in. We offer our clients an end-to-end service across strategy, design, content, development, promotion and maintenance of digital products.

We have team members in TAS, NSW and VIC and most of us are based in Brisbane, QLD where we are headquartered at the West End office. We have clients throughout Australia and overseas.

Currently we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist or Paid Performance Manager to join the team. You will be paid well, be able to work from home on your own terms (or in the office in Brisbane if you prefer), and will join a crew who look out for each other and are proud of the work they produce. We will provide ongoing training and a fun, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital advertising strategy (you will be supported by other team members with strategy)

Paid advertising (plan, create and manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other ad ecosystem campaigns).

Event tracking (setup events and conversions in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc).

Data management and analysis (analyse and report on campaign performance and manage data safely).

Conversion rate optimisation (assist brief in and optimise websites, landing pages, and ads to improve ad performance)
