We are seeking an enthusiastic, capable and competent Solicitor/ Associate to join our Family Law team.

THE ROLE

Providing legal advice and representation to clients on a range of family law matters, including divorce, property settlements and parenting matters.

Preparing and filing court documents, including applications, affidavits, and submissions.

Negotiating property settlements and parenting matters and representing clients in court proceedings.

Conducting legal research and analysis.

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.

Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with changes in family law.

ABOUT YOU

You're admitted to practice law as a solicitor in Queensland (2+ years' PAE preferred but not essential).

You have strong interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with clients.

You have effective legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
