We’re Kluem Group – Perth’s go-to for electrical, solar, and (soon!) plumbing solutions. We’re growing fast and need an organised, people-loving Junior Admin to join our friendly crew in Canning Vale.

What you’ll be doing:

Greeting clients and answering calls/emails with a smile (even if it’s just in your voice!)

Assisting with scheduling jobs, managing paperwork, and keeping our admin engine running smoothly

Supporting our accounts, sales, and compliance teams with data entry and document management

Helping out with social media posts, internal events, and generally keeping the office vibe positive

Learning the ropes of our digital tools (Monday.com, Ascora, OpenSolar) – don’t worry, we’ll train you!

Pitching in wherever needed – we’re a team-first workplace

What we’re looking for:

A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

Great attention to detail

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email – the usual stuff)

Organisational superpowers (or at least the desire to develop them!)

Previous admin experience is a bonus, but not essential
