We are a national and respected company within the Logistics / Transport with a growing Packaging and Consumables Division.
Due to the continued growth within our business, a need has arisen for a support based role in our Truganina branch. The role will predominately be Customer Service, and eComm Internal Sales with a view to grow into other roles within the business if you have what it takes.
Reporting directly to the Divisional Manager, daily duties will include but not limited to; investigating and problem solving, liaising extensively with customers and suppliers, booking order as as well as other administrative eComm tasks.
To succeed in this challenging role, you must have excellent customer service/client support experience together with experience in the eComm Sales industry. A friendly approach to our customer service enquiries is imperative as is your want to help our clients.
You must be proactive and be able to logically solve problems with a sense of urgency in this fast paced environment. Multi -tasking skills are critical.
