BPOcare is seeking a computer-savvy and experienced NDIS Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, support participant engagement, and drive program growth.
This role includes liaising with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, clients, families, and health professionals to ensure smooth service delivery and strengthen community relationships.
You’ll coordinate services across Day Programs, Respite, Mental Health, SDA, Life Skills, Nurs, Therapeutic Supports, and more.
Essential:
✔ 3–5 years’ experience in the disability or community sector
✔ Must have experience with NDIS Commission requirements and compliance processes
✔ Strong skills in rostering, administration, and team leadership
✔ Confident using CRM systems, ShiftCare, Outlook 365, and Monday.com
✔ Current Driver’s Licence & WWVP (or willingness to obtain)
