In this influential role, you'll guide a dedicated Governance Unit and work closely with clinicians, executives, and community partners to embed best practices in safety, quality, and risk management. Your day will be rich with purpose—whether you're shaping policy, responding to clinical incidents, mentoring future leaders, or championing open disclosure and compassionate conversations. You'll use data and research to inform decisions, foster a restorative just culture, and ensure that every voice—especially those of patients and families—is heard and valued.
