We're looking for someone who can...
- Estimate with Accuracy: Prepare clear, detailed quotes for a variety of projects, including building upgrades, landscaping works, and maintenance tasks.
- Drive Project Delivery: Support project execution from start to finish. This means conducting site reviews, coordinating resources and going onto site when needed.
- Engage and Collaborate: Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and your internal team. You’re the link that keeps communication flowing and expectations aligned.
- Lead by Example: Be a supportive, hands-on team member who’s ready to contribute wherever needed. Motivate those around you and help maintain a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Think Ahead: Manage multiple priorities with confidence. Your attention to detail, planning skills, and ability to adapt quickly will help keep projects on track.
- Solve Problems: You’re resourceful, proactive, and ready to take on challenges. You stay calm and focused whether its finding a cost effective solution or navigating unexpected changes.
