Key Responsibilities

Scope and estimate residential and light commercial insurance repairs

Prepare accurate and insurer-compliant pricing and documentation

Liaise with adjusters, homeowners, and internal delivery teams

Review reports, photos, and supporting trade documents

Submit timely and professional estimates

Assist in smooth project handover to supervisors and PMs

What You’ll Need

Proven experience in insurance estimating or assessing

Familiarity with Buildxact, ScopeLogic or similar tools

Strong documentation and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Sound knowledge of building codes and insurance protocols

A professional and calm approach with stakeholders
