Part Time Client Services Manager

This is a broad support role across both financial planning and accounting – ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and knows how to keep things running behind the scenes.

This privately-owned and highly respected financial advisory and accounting firm works closely with small to medium business owners and professionals across a broad range of services. As the business continues to grow, there is now an opportunity for a proactive and organised Client Services Officer to join the team.

With flexibility on hours and the option of full-time or part-time, this role suits someone confident working across multiple functions and who is comfortable taking ownership of their day-to-day responsibilities. Please include what hours and days you would like to work in your application.

his role is ideal for a capable, motivated and professional individual who can assist the financial planning team with administrative tasks, while also supporting general office operations and reception.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of client portfolio valuations and reports, including asset and liability schedules, performance calculations and asset allocation

Liaising with fund managers, superannuation providers, brokers and other third parties to follow up on transactions

Assisting Advisers with client queries and contribution calculations

Supporting the team with compliance, documentation and client correspondence

Managing reception duties, including answering calls, welcoming clients and coordinating meetings

Contributing to projects aimed at improving processes, technology and client experience

To be successful, you will bring:

Experience in a financial planning business, with confidence handling both client service and administrative tasks

A strong ability to create and improve systems and workflows

A confident and professional communication style

Great attention to detail and an organised, proactive work ethic

Competence with Microsoft Office; experience with AdviserLogic or Xplan will be highly regarded

A willingness to learn and grow within a professional, team-focused environment
