Casual Membership Consultants – Anytime Fitness Falcon

Looking to kickstart your fitness industry career in a supportive, high-energy team environment? Anytime Fitness Falcon is now hiring Casual Membership Consultants to join our growing team!

🕒 Hours: Approx. 15–30 hours per week
📍 Location: Anytime Fitness Falcon
🕘 Shifts: Between 9:00am and 7:00pm
🎓 Minimum Requirement: Certificate III in Fitness

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving new membership sales and creating lasting first impressions

Achieving club targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Following the proven Anytime Fitness Sale Process (full training provided)

Being proactive and showing initiative – you have a true “go-getter” attitude

Following up enquiries with energy and professionalism

Confidently making outbound phone calls – you’re not afraid to pick up the phone!
