We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Pattern Maker who also thrives in fit sessions and quality assurance processes. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, close-knit team and take full ownership of the technical development process, from sketch to pre-production, all under one roof at their beautiful Hawthorn East studio.

What do you do?

• Turn designer sketches into accurate patterns and tech packs
• Create in-house toiles and lead fit sessions
• Update specs and patterns based on fit feedback
• Liaise with offshore factories to ensure quality and consistency
• Oversee sample reviews from first fit to pre-shipment
• Manage care label approvals, fabric testing, and QA checks
• Handle minor in-house alterations and customer repairs
• Maintain fit samples and keep production timelines on track

What do you need:

• 3+ years’ experience in pattern making, fitting, and QA (preferably womenswear)
• Proficient in StyleCAD (or similar CAD software such as Gerber)
• Strong garment construction and fabric knowledge
• Confident creating and updating tech packs
• Clear communicator with offshore production teams
• Excel skills for managing specs and measurements
• Seamstress skills would be highly regarded
• A passion for quality and a love for fashion!
